Portuguese Culture

Portuguese culture has its roots in Celtic culture, Iberian, Roman and Germanic. 
The differentiation of the Portuguese cultural manifests itself through the types of housing, of religious manifestations, gastronomy and folklore, or even the sidewalks and typical Portuguese tiles.

Literature:

Portuguese literature is divided into poetry, prose, philosophy and theater. In all these areas there were artists who distinguished themselves by the genius and the Portuguese culture rich in thematic.

Poetry

Portugal is often referred to as "a country of poets." Indeed, the Portuguese poetry has had a substantially greater weight and influence in the country's literature than prose. Language:
